I faced several disappointments during my stay. The room I reserved was not what I received. instead of a double bed, I got two singles pushed together. Additionally, the service in the spa was lacking, with my appointment being canceled last minute due to staffing issues, which really affected my experience.

The hotel, which had a charming old-world vibe, featured a lovely pool area and a nice beach. However, the dining experience was below expectations due to lackluster service and limited options, making it a tad disappointing for what was deemed a luxury stay.

The exceptional tranquility of the hotel, alongside Paco’s outstanding service at the Seaside Grill, truly elevated our family vacation. The quiet environment was a delightful surprise despite the busy beach nearby.

The beachfront access and lovely heated pool make this property truly enjoyable. The breakfast offers a delicious variety, especially the freshly made pasta. However, the service fell short, with reserved dinner seating mishaps and unkempt common areas detracting from the experience. Although the restaurant food was decent, the limited vegetarian options and overall disorganization left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beach and the beautiful views from our Preferred Club Junior Suite Frontal Sea View with terrace and hot tub. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially helping...
